- Notify your maintenance company of ongoing issues.
- Document!
- Document issues with photos, videos, and copies of all communications with the property manager and/or landlord.
- Report & Request!
- If landlord fails to correct issues, file official complaints with your city or town’s housing regulations authority. Request a housing inspection.
- Organize!
- Ask your neighbors if they are experiencing similar conditions. If so, encourage them also to take the above steps. Together you can get better results!
